- Sign limo service contract and pay deposit
- Pay balance on all signed contracts prior to wedding day
- Give donation to church
- Schedule Precanna classes
- Book Engagement session with photographer
- Make list of must-have pics
- Have food tasting and finalize dinner and cocktail menu with venue coordinator
- Create running list of questions to ask venue coordinator (and other vendors)
- Get block of rooms for guests at Resort
- Design signature drink
- Have initial meeting with florist
- Decide on flower and bouquet arrangements
- Decide on centerpieces
- Decide on cake design
- Make a list of must-play and must-NOT-play songs for band
